We are passionate about creating nourishing, delicious food and delivering an exceptional guest experience. We’re now seeking a hands-on, inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our London operations.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you’ll oversee the daily running of our London restaurants, ensuring smooth operations, financial efficiency, and a culture of excellence. You’ll combine strong organisational skills with a passion for hospitality, and lead your team with confidence, warmth, and inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across two sites close by each other
- Lead, train, and inspire FOH staff to deliver outstanding service
- Implement and maintain operational systems (checklists, schedules, SOPs)
- Manage budgets, cost controls, and drive profitability
- Track, analyse, and improve KPIs to achieve performance targets
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with owners and head office on strategy and growth
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership skills with an inspiring and supportive management style
- Operationally savvy with proven ability to implement and improve systems
- Financially literate with experience managing budgets, costings, and KPIs
- Passionate about healthy food concepts and wellbeing lifestyle brands
- Excellent communicator, problem solver, and motivator
