Partizan International is a small, ambitious healthtech company. For over 20 years we’ve designed and built patient support programmes, mobile apps and digital health tools for the world’s pharmaceutical companies - work that genuinely helps patients stick with their treatment and live better. We work across complex, regulated healthcare environments, so accuracy and care really matter here.
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to keep our projects running smoothly - and to grow into owning workstreams end-to-end. You’ll be the dependable person who makes sure nothing slips and nothing goes out the door with a mistake in it. Because we’re a lean, senior team, your work will be visible and valued from day one, and you’ll get broad exposure to digital health, pharma and healthtech ventures.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate delivery of digital and non-digital assets - apps, documents, print, patient communications and educational content - and carry out the final quality checks before anything goes to a client.
- Run review cycles: prepare files for internal, client and medical/legal/regulatory review, chase comments and make sure changes are applied.
- Gather and document project requirements across a range of workstreams.
- Own project trackers, timelines, Gantt charts, meeting notes and action logs, and keep everything on schedule - flagging early when something’s at risk.
- Support client-facing delivery - proactively follow up with our team, clients and partners so things keep moving.
- Keep project documents and change requests accurate and up to date.
- Support testing, issue tracking and validation.
What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years in project management, coordination, delivery, operations or product support - ideally with some exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
- Meticulous, reliable and proactive, with strong time management - you take pride in error-free work.
- Able to juggle several projects and deadlines without dropping things.
- A confident problem-solver who can work through ambiguity.
- Calm and adaptable, comfortable balancing hands-on delivery with an eye on the bigger picture.
- A clear communicator who follows things through to completion.
- Curious and quick to learn, keen to improve how things work (including with AI and automation), and comfortable in a small team where people take ownership.
- Confident with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project trackers.
Nice to have
- Experience with user acceptance testing or QA.
- Healthcare, pharma or regulated-industry experience.
- Familiarity with medical, legal or regulatory (MLR) review processes.
- Exposure to project management frameworks or end-to-end delivery.
- Experience in a small business, agency or fast-moving project environment.
Why join Partizan
- Real responsibility and visible impact in a friendly, senior team.
- Broad exposure as we grow from project delivery into scalable healthtech products.
- A flexible, supportive environment with genuine room to grow your role.

- Send your CV and a few sentences answering the screening questions. We review applications on a rolling basis and will begin interviews from September.
