Job Summary
We are seeking a Delivery Driver (SELF EMPLOYED) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods (deliveries and collections) efficiently and safely to various locations. This role requires driving skills, the ability to handle lifting, and effective communication with both customers and office staff.
- Van, fuel (from depot to depot) and insurance provided by us
- Training is provided
- Weekly payments (First payment is on the 3rd week, and then every week)
Duties
- Drive a delivery van to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading and unloading processes.
Requirements:
- Hold a full valid and current UK Driving Licence for at least 1 year with no more than 6 points (No active DR, DG or IN codes) - automatic licenses not accepted
- Able to commute to and from the depot in Aylesford.
- Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is not required, but it’s preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £120.00 per day
