This is an opportunity to lead, grow and shape our lettings department that isn’t just another lettings role.
We’re looking for someone capable of taking ownership of our established lettings department, leading from the front and helping drive the next stage of our growth.
You’ll be joining a respected, market-leading estate agency with an existing portfolio of managed, let-only and tenant-find landlords, an established client base and huge potential to grow.
The right person will have the opportunity to make this department their own — developing relationships, winning new business, supporting the team and being rewarded for the results they deliver.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing our lettings and property management department
- Managing and growing our residential lettings portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Identifying opportunities to increase new business and revenue
- Providing exceptional service and advice to our clients
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Overseeing maintenance, contractors and property management processes
- Managing rent reviews, renewals and performance opportunities
- Supporting and motivating the wider lettings team
- Helping shape the future direction and success of the department
About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience within lettings and/or property management
- The confidence and ability to take responsibility and lead
- A strong understanding of current lettings legislation
- A commercial mindset with a passion for growing a business
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- A positive, proactive “make it happen” attitude
- High standards and pride in delivering outstanding customer service
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Ideally you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience, but more importantly we’re looking for the right person with the ambition, attitude and drive to succeed.

Working Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 4:00pm
