Summary
We are seeking a passionate Social Media Officer to join Be Enriched and our small but dynamic and collaborative team.
We are actively seeking a motivated, positive, and upbeat individual who feels passionate about creating an engaging and informative online experience. You will have the highest level of creative awareness and data analytics, while being able to stay current with the latest news and cultural trends to ensure content relevance. Your work will support our mission to combat hunger and build stronger communities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media campaigns aligned with the organisation's mission.
- Manage daily content creation and posting across various social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond appropriately.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote upcoming initiatives and events.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and optimise strategies.
- Build relationships with community partners, influencers, and stakeholders online.
- Stay updated on social media trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding and ability to manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels - e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram, TicToc, You tube, Facebook, adapting content to suit different channels
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Passion for community work and social development.
- Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience working within non-profit or community organisations is a plus.
