We are seeking a passionate and skilled sous chef.

Duties
- Food preparation and production in the kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Implement and uphold food safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health and hygiene standards.
- Assist with cost control measures, including portioning, waste management, and inventory tracking.
- Foster a positive team environment, encouraging creativity and collaboration among kitchen staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Strong culinary skills with expertise in food production and preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and management.
- A passion for cooking and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
