The Role
As a Security Service Engineer, you'll cover a small local patch around Milton Keynes, with day-to-day travel across Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire and Peterborough.
Your role will involve servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a wide range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive the highest level of support and system reliability.
Responsibilities

Service and maintain CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.

Fault-find and repair security systems.
-
Complete preventative maintenance visits.

Provide excellent customer service.

Accurately complete service reports.
-
Participate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota.
About You
You'll be an experienced Security Engineer with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Ideally you'll have:

Experience servicing commercial CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.

Strong fault-finding skills.

Intruder Alarm experience is essential.

Installation engineers looking to transition into service are welcome to apply.

Full UK Driving Licence.
