Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and blowouts with precision and artistry
- Provide expert advice on hair care routines and recommend suitable products to enhance client results
- Deliver specialized services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to elevate the overall client experience
- Maintain a welcoming front desk presence by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently
- Mentor junior team members and assist in training new staff to uphold high standards of service excellence
- Upsell retail products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health regulations
Experience
- Proven experience as a professional Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques
- Knowledge of store management practices is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities
- Skilled in customer service with excellent communication skills to build lasting client relationships
- Experience with eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable
- Ability to mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment
