We are urgently hiring confident and motivated Solar Appointment Setters / Field Canvassers to join our growing team.
This is a door-to-door, face-to-face appointment-setting role. You will briefly speak with homeowners and organise a free electricity bill assessment for them.
No sales experience is required, and you are not required to make sales at the door.
Your role is to start the conversation, explain the free assessment and arrange appointments for your colleagues in the assessment team.
What's on offer?
- £2,200 monthly basic wage
- Unlimited commission potential based on sales generated from your appointments
- Just 4 hours per day
- Tuesday to Saturday
- Only 20 hours per week

What will you be doing?
You'll work in residential areas speaking directly with homeowners.
Your day will involve:
- Door-to-door canvassing
- Briefly speaking with homeowners
- Booking free electricity bill assessment
- Explaining the simple next step
- Arranging convenient appointments for your colleagues in the assessment team
- Recording appointment information accurately
There is no requirement to close a sale at the door.
Your job is to have a brief conversation and organise a free assessment. Once the appointment is arranged, your colleagues in the assessment team will take care of the assessment and sales process.

Paid 5-Hour Assessment Period
Before being offered a permanent position, candidates will complete a paid five-hour assessment period.
This gives you the opportunity to experience the role, receive practical training and demonstrate that the position is a good fit for you.
