We’re on the lookout for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House Team Member with a can-do attitude and people skills to match. No experience? No worries - if you’ve got energy and a smile, we’ll show you the ropes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Greeting customers with a big smile
- Taking orders accurately and handling payments
- Packing orders for takeout- Checking front counter stock (drinks, sauces, packaging)
- General cleaning duties including weekly and monthly tasks, plus end-of-night mopping and sweeping
- Working closely with the kitchen team to keep things running smoothly
- Helping out with our Saucy Asian food truck at events and busy periods
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Friendly, approachable, and a people person
- Calm under pressure and happy to keep smiling during busy service
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential
THE DETAILS?
- Part-time: 5 - 10 hours per week
- Mainly weekend shifts. Friday to Sunday: 4pm to 9:30pm. Some weekday shifts: 4pm - 9.30pm.
- £8–£12.71 per hour (depending on age & experience)
- 3-month performance-based pay review
- Full training provided - just bring the right attitude!
- Suitable for 16+
