To deliver great care to all service users within a care home setting as required, including personal care, dressing, hoisting, assistance with feeding when required. Subject to company policies and agreed procedures and to participate in the provision of a high standard of care. To undertake required training, have an understanding of social care codes of conduct. To demonstrate good communication skills.
