Full Time Sales Executive – Belfast
£26,000–£29,000 base (depending on experience) + monthly bonus | OTE £32,000
No Sundays. No late nights. 9am–5pm.
For over 25 years, The Wooden Floor Company has supplied stylish, high-quality flooring across the UK and Ireland — and we're still growing fast, with plans to expand significantly across the next few years. We're looking for a Full Time Sales Executive to join our Belfast showroom and grow with us.

What you'll be doing
- Help walk-in and trade customers choose the right flooring for their space and budget.
- Provide quotations and follow up leads to convert into sales.
- Build relationships with trade customers and local businesses.
- Guide buyers through samples, pricing, stock and accessories.
- Process orders and payments accurately using our systems.
- Work with the warehouse team to keep deliveries running smoothly.
- Keep the showroom welcoming and up to date.
- Hit your personal sales goals and contribute to store targets.
What we're looking for
- A confident communicator who's great with people.
- Experience in retail, interiors, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Organised, self-motivated, and eager to grow.
- An interest in interiors or home improvement is a bonus.
- Comfortable with some manual handling of products.
