The Church Inn is a busy, independent pub in the heart of Ludlow. We work from a small, well-organised kitchen serving fresh, seasonal pub dishes to a high standard.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or strong CDP in a quality pub or restaurant
- Good knowledge of fresh, seasonal cooking and strong kitchen organisation
- Leadership skills and the confidence to support and motivate a small kitchen team
- Calm under pressure, with excellent communication and attention to detail
- Pride in consistency, presentation, cleanliness and teamwork
- Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred; strong allergen awareness essential
- Understanding of HACCP and kitchen food safety procedures
- Right to work in the UK
