We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders and preparing sales documentation
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support client engagement
- Utilise Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for report generation, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain organised records of sales activities and customer interactions for reporting purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone
- Support IT-related tasks such as troubleshooting basic computer issues and ensuring smooth operation of sales tools
- Contribute to organisational efficiency through effective time management and prioritisation of daily tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales administration or administrative roles is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with CRM software such as Sage or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT literacy with a solid understanding of computer systems and software tools
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong time management skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
