We are looking for friendly, confident and reliable Salon Assistants to join our team at our busy Belfast tanning salon.
We are open to both full-time and part-time applicants, with a range of shifts available across the week.
This is a customer-facing role, so we’re looking for people who enjoy dealing with customers, have a positive attitude and take pride in providing excellent customer service. Maintaining exceptionally high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the salon is also a key part of the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service
- Serving customers and assisting with their tanning and retail purchases
- Providing customers with appropriate information and guidance on responsible sunbed use, in line with salon procedures and relevant regulations
- Assessing customers and recommending appropriate tanning session times based on factors such as skin type, tanning history and previous exposure
- Operating the till and processing payments
- Promoting and selling our range of tanning and skincare products
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
- Cleaning and preparing sunbeds between every customer
- Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the salon, ensuring reception, tanning rooms and customer areas are kept spotless, tidy and well presented at all times
- Supporting the wider salon team with the day-to-day running of the business

Previous retail, hospitality or customer service experience would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn are equally important.
Working Hours:
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Shifts will vary and will involve a mix of morning, afternoon, evening and Saturday working, so a good level of flexibility is required.
