Full Job Description
We’re currently looking for experienced Lead Generation Specialists to join our New Business team. The role offers a base salary plus a commission structure tied to successfully bringing in new business.
The main responsibility with this role is generating high‑quality and a big number of leads that support qualification and conversion for the New Business department. You’ll need to confidently use our CRM system and prospecting tools to achieve results.
This role is based in York, North Yorkshire, Monday to Friday 9-5.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct effective telesales for outbound and inbound calls; arrange meetings with potential clients
- Identify key information about current parking providers, switching opportunities, and service requirements
- Accurately log all interactions into the department’s CRM system
- Meet monthly KPI targets
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and skill‑development activities
- Share useful insights and findings with the team
- Provide day‑to‑day support to Business Development Executives
