We are looking for a well-motivated and enthusiastic apprentice dental nurse to join our friendly team in Selby town centre. Full-time position available in a private practice.
You will receive ongoing support, development and training to equip you with the skills and knowledge required for a successful dental nursing career. Your daily activities could include:
- sterilising instruments
- updating patient records
- maintaining equipment
- preparing instruments and materials for various treatments
- being responsible for infection control in the dental surgery.
As an Apprentice Dental Nurse:
- You will have a keen interest in Dental Nursing
- You will be motivated, organised, and a good communicator
- You will thrive upon maintaining good standards and will drive to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey
- No experience needed
During your Apprenticeship you will develop the skills required to support patients and dental staff in providing safe and effective treatment. You will be required to attend Wakefield college or an online equivalent course to complete your Dental Nurse Apprenticeship and have regular exams throughout the course.
GCSE Maths and English A-C or equivalent required
