Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Butcher to join our busy farm shop.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cutting a variety of meats to a high standard.
- Serving customers with excellent customer service.
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Displaying and rotating stock.
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and fully compliant with food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous butchery experience preferred.
- Good knife skills and product knowledge.
- Friendly, hardworking and dependable.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Will need to work weekends.
