Overview
I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist running a private practice with a team of associate psychologists, and I am looking for an organised, proactive and reliable Personal Assistant to provide direct administrative support to me.
This role is focused on helping me manage the day-to-day administrative aspects of my work so that I can focus on clinical practice and supporting my clients. It is not a Practice Manager or Assistant Psychologist position, and there are no clinical responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing my diary, appointments and calendar
- Monitoring and responding to emails on my behalf where appropriate
- Providing day-to-day administrative support
- Preparing and organising documents and correspondence
- Liaising professionally with clients, associates and other professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using a variety of IT systems, software and technology
- The ability to manage priorities, work independently and use initiative
- A professional, discreet and trustworthy approach, with an understanding of confidentiality
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
