At TMT First, we're passionate about technology, sustainability, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a Sales Administration Apprentice, you'll become a key part of our busy Sales Team, gaining hands-on experience while working towards a recognised qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You'll be involved in a variety of activities that help keep our sales operation running smoothly, including:
- Supporting customers and building positive relationships
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assisting with customer orders and account setup
- Working closely with our Operations Team to track orders and device statuses
- Preparing and processing sales orders through trade portals
- Producing stock reports and supporting stock management activities
- Assisting with customer returns and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally
- Supporting with pricing and stock administration
- Encouraging customer feedback and helping us maintain excellent Trustpilot reviews
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer service
Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain valuable experience across sales administration, customer service, stock management, and business operations.
