What You'll Be Doing
As a Community Carer, you'll be supporting people to live independently in their own homes while maintaining their dignity, confidence, and quality of life.
Your role may include:
- Providing personal care and support.
- Assisting with medication and daily routines.
- Helping with meal preparation and nutrition.
- Supporting mobility and independence.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns.
- Being a friendly, familiar face that clients can depend on.
