About Us
YouFibre is one of the UK's fastest-growing broadband providers, on a mission to deliver Fast, Fair Full Fibre Broadband. As a bold challenger brand, we're constantly evolving how customers experience our brand across every touchpoint.
Behind that experience is our in-house creative studio – a small, collaborative team that shapes everything customers see and interact with. We handle everything from brand strategy and packaging to UX/UI, front-end prototyping and campaign creative, working closely with marketing, product and development to bring ideas to life.
We're looking for a talented Mid-weight Multi-disciplinary Designer with a strong UX/UI focus to join the team. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys solving design problems, creating beautiful digital experiences, and switching comfortably between product design and marketing creative. One day you might be refining a customer journey in Figma, the next designing a campaign for a product launch or helping evolve our design system.
If you love creating thoughtful, engaging digital experiences and want to make a visible impact within a fast-moving business, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our creative studio, you'll help shape the visual experience of the YouFibre brand across our digital products and marketing channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Design engaging creative for digital marketing campaigns across paid social, display, email, web and other customer touchpoints.
- Create polished, accessible user interfaces for the YouFibre website, customer portal and mobile app, working from established user journeys and wireframes.
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, developers and stakeholders to create intuitive, customer-focused digital experiences.
- Build interactive, front-end prototypes in Figma to demonstrate product behaviour and user journeys — not just static screens.
- Help evolve and maintain our Figma design system, ensuring consistency, scalability and high visual standards across our digital products.
- Prepare well-organised design files and collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Occasionally support wider brand projects, including print, events, merchandise, internal communications and other creative work as required.
