Diona Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced Cable Supervisor to oversee cable installation works, support site teams, maintain safety standards, and help deliver projects to programme and client requirements.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager you will:
· Supervise cable installation and associated site activities.
· Coordinate operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
· Ensure works are completed safely, to quality standards and in line with company and client requirements.
· Carry out site checks, maintain records and escalate risks or programme issues.
· Liaise with clients, local authorities and other stakeholders as required.
Essential Requirements
· Previous supervisory experience in utilities, telecoms, civil engineering, power, fibre or cable installation.
· Strong understanding of safe site operations.
· Good communication, organisation and record keeping skills.
· Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable Qualifications
The following are desirable but not essential:
· NRSWA Supervisor, SSSTS, SMSTS or equivalent.
· Relevant utility, telecoms, power or cable installation qualifications.
· Experience on utility infrastructure or client framework projects.
Equivalent qualifications, training and experience will be considered.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm (Flexibility is required, including participation in an on-call rota when needed)
