We are a reputable joinery company specialising in high-quality commercial fit outs, domestic joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, refurbishment projects, and ongoing maintenance services. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to add a skilled and reliable Joiner/Carpenter to our team.
Role Overview
As a key member of our joinery team, you will work across a diverse range of projects—from commercial refurbishments to bespoke domestic installations. You will be responsible for delivering high-standard workmanship, maintaining professionalism on site, and ensuring that every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second-fix joinery on commercial and domestic projects
- Install kitchens, bathrooms, doors, skirting, flooring, and bespoke joinery items
- Assist with extensions, refurbishments, and general building work as required
- Undertake planned and reactive maintenance tasks
- Work from technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and other trades to support smooth project delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Adhere to company health & safety policies at all times
Requirements
- Fully qualified joiner/carpenter (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience in both commercial and domestic environments
- Strong understanding of building regulations and industry best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a positive, proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Own tools (advantageous)
