At The Dales Residential Home, we're looking for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to join our friendly night team.
As a Night Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night. Whether you're providing practical assistance, offering reassurance, or simply being there when someone needs you most, you'll help create a warm and welcoming environment where our residents can thrive.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with their individual needs during the night
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Completing routine checks and maintaining accurate records
- Working as part of a caring and supportive team
What We're Looking For
- A kind, patient and reliable individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Previous care or support experience is desirable but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
