Maneki Ramen, part of the ART Hospitality Group, is a growing and exciting brand with a passion for delivering authentic, high-quality ramen. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Chef to join our brand new Birmingham location. This site is the second edition of our original successful venue in Worcester, and we're excited to build on that success in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Motivate and inspire your kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment for both your team and customers.
- Training & Development: Oversee training, staff development, and HR processes with the support of our Executive Chefs.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Ensure that the company’s Food Hygiene and Health and Safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Budget Management: Accurately manage rotas and food costs in line with company budgets.
- Quality Control: Maintain the high standards of food preparation, presentation, and quality that our guests expect.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Be comfortable working under pressure in a busy, fast-paced kitchen.

Additional Information:
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is not essential. Full training will be provided by Pete, our Executive Chef/Director, so you can develop your skills in Japanese food preparation and culinary techniques.
