Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor/Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, will be used to following Financial Services procedures and will be used to working in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries (both new and repeat) on a face to face, phone and email basis
- Maintain accurate records through efficient data entry and management of customer information.
- Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and requests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, handling client meetings, and updating customer databases.
- Be proactive and give feedback for process improvement to business owners
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times to uphold the company's reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or administration roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a bespoke/family orientated business.
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
