The Role
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Window Fabricator / Shift Leader to join our workshop in Harrow on a full-time, self-employed basis.
This is a hands-on role combined with leadership responsibilities, overseeing daily workshop operations and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication of aluminium windows, doors, and curtain walling systems
- Leading and supervising workshop staff during shifts
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ensuring quality control and compliance with specifications
- Managing workflow and meeting production deadlines
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience in aluminium window/door fabrication
- Experience with systems such as Reynaers, Schüco, or similar
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable and able to work independently
