About Fairhill Solicitors
Fairhill Solicitors is a growing UK law firm specialising in immigration law. We advise individuals, entrepreneurs and businesses on a broad range of UK immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, sponsor licences, family and private life applications, settlement, British citizenship, Innovator Founder applications and other business immigration matters.
As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Immigration Caseworker (Paralegal or Solicitor) to join our team.
This role would particularly suit an experienced immigration professional who is confident managing matters independently and is looking for greater flexibility and autonomy.
Key Requirements
The ideal person will have at least 3 years of experience, able to work independently and as a given, will be technically excellent in the provision of technical solutions to Immigration issues and problems.
We will welcome the candidates who are exceptionally well connected with a solid network of clients and referrers for an alternative or additional profit sharing fee structure.

Key Requirements
The successful candidate should:
- Have at least 3 years' relevant experience in UK immigration law;
- Be able to manage immigration matters independently from initial consultation through to completion;
- Have strong technical knowledge of UK immigration law, the Immigration Rules and relevant Home Office guidance;
- Demonstrate excellent client care, drafting and communication skills;
- Be organised, commercially aware and able to manage deadlines and competing priorities; and
- Be comfortable working independently as part of a growing and collaborative practice.
We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have an existing client following or established network of professional contacts and referrers. For suitable candidates, we are open to discussing an alternative or additional fee-sharing / profit-sharing arrangement linked to work introduced and billed.
Responsibilities
Depending on experience, responsibilities may include:
- Managing a varied caseload of immigration applications and related matters;
- Conducting client consultations and advising on eligibility, immigration strategy and available options;
- Preparing and submitting applications, including Skilled Worker, Global Talent, Innovator Founder, family, settlement and British citizenship applications;
- Advising businesses on sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance and sponsored workers;
- Drafting representations, cover letters and supporting documentation;
- Liaising with clients, the Home Office and other relevant third parties;
- Monitoring the progress of applications and keeping clients updated;
- Ensuring files are managed in accordance with the firm's compliance, AML and regulatory requirements; and
- Contributing to the continued development and growth of the firm's immigration practice.
