Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Primary Care Network (PCN) Manager/DTL to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality, integrated care across our network of 7 GP practices.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide day-to-day operational management of the PCN.
- Coordinate and implement PCN projects and initiatives in line with national and local priorities.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support workforce planning and recruitment of roles funded through the ARRS scheme.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including practices, commissioners, and partner organisations.
- Implement Digital improvements to practices where appropriate

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Project management experience
Knowledge
Understanding of NHS structures and primary care
Knowledge of PCN DES requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting
Experience with clinical systems

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple practices and stakeholders

Working Pattern
- 16-20 hours per week (flexible working and alternative models of employment considered).
