Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appeal Assessor to join our dynamic team. You will be supporting the appeal team, where you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating appeals received made by customer accurately and fairly in line with regulations once the facts have been established. You will need to investigate, ask for further information as well as use your personal judgement to provide a decision to customers in a written format . Responsibilities
- Review and assess appeal.
- Investigate and assess the claim made by the customer.
- Ask for information from the customer to base your decision accurately.
- Refer appeal to Client/Landlord should the appeal need further information.
- Provide written answers tocustomer in line base on factual evidence and compliant with the BPA Code of Practice.
- Use personal judgement if answer could be lenient but keepin with the company policy and/rules and BPA Code of Practice.
- Help maintain fast and accurate answer.
- Deal with transfer of liability.
- Handle customer complaint.
- Maintain detailed records of appeal cases, documenting decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements throughout the appeal process.
Requirements
- Computer literate (MicrosoftOffice applications such as Word. Excell, Outlook and Teams, Fresdesk).
- Training will be provided to use ZatPark or similar platform.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to articulate findings clearly and professionally.
- Excellent written skills and communication skills.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Being able to follow procedure.
- Having worked in the car park industry a plus but not essential.
- Experience mentoring or training new team members is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
