We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team. We are looking for someone who can really sink their teeth into new projects and manage the room and staff team within it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the room, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment for all children.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Support and mentor staff within the room to provide high-quality care and education.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and Ofsted requirements.
Requirements:
- Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
