FULL-TIME RELIEF HGV DRIVER. CLASS 1 & CLASS 2

We are looking for an experienced and adaptable full-time Relief HGV Driver to join our team.
This is a varied role with no two weeks necessarily being the same. You will primarily cover drivers’ holidays and absences, as well as additional work during busy periods.
The role will include a mixture of:
- Class 1 general haulage and trunking work
- Nights away in the cab when covering holiday periods
- Class 2 local multi-drop deliveries
- Weekend work when required
- Covering additional work across the business
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid Class 1 licence
- Have at least one year’s Class 1 driving experience
- Have previous Class 2 multi-drop experience
- Hold a valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Be comfortable sleeping out in the cab when required
- Be willing to work weekends
- Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt to different types of work
An ADR qualification would be preferred but is not essential.
This position would suit someone who enjoys variety and is happy to take on different driving duties depending on the needs of the business.
Pay: £500.00-£800.00 per week
