Summary
We are seeking dedicated Drivers for our sister Organization ( MK Haven Care) based in Milton Keynes. This vital role involves transporting carers to and from shifts.
Responsibilities
- Pick up care staff from their homes and transport them to their first scheduled care visit.
- Transport carers between client visits throughout their shifts.
- Pick up carers at the end of their shifts and take them home where required.
- Follow daily schedules and planned routes while adapting to changes when necessary.
- Ensure carers arrive at each appointment safely and punctually.
- Keep in regular communication with the office regarding schedules, delays, or emergencies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and roadworthy vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all road traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- A clean driving record.
- Good knowledge of Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication skills.
- Loves to drive and Travel
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous driving experience is desirable but not essential.
- Applicants must enjoy driving, be comfortable spending extended periods on the road, and be willing to travel throughout Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
