This job involves:
Brewing our range of beers
Helping with the development of new recipes
Managing stock of ingredients and finished products
Keeping our Brewery Management System up to date
Keeping all working areas clean, organised and tidy
Helping us to pass compliance audits including commitment to our HACCP plans
Packaging beers into cask
Preparation for deliveries
Delivering our ales to local pubs and retail outlets
Working positively with our customers and our fantastic team
