We’re looking for an inspirational Art Director (junior to mid weight) to own the visual direction of our indie clothing brands and make sure everything we put out looks exceptional.
The Role
This role is about art direction, photography, styling, consistency, and execution - shaping how the brands look and feel across every touchpoint, from photoshoots and campaigns to our websites and social channels.
Reporting and working closely with the Brand Director and Creative Leads, you’ll be responsible for setting the visual direction, planning and delivering shoots, and ensuring every image we publish meets a high creative standard and feels unmistakably on brand.
This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone who can both direct and do. Photography is an essential part of this role, so we will only be able to consider candidates who have some experience taking photos.
What you’ll do
Own the visual look and feel of LGDG brands across website, campaigns, and social.
Plan and run photoshoots (concepts, models, locations, direction).
Take and / or oversee photography and editing, setting a consistent style.
Make sure we collect video footage on shooting days, and have the skills to edit the raw footage afterwards.
Ensure the website and product imagery are always high-quality and on-brand.
Be the final sign-off for all photography / product content.
Who you are
This role will suit someone with experience in photography and editing, or the fashion industry, or a general creative all rounder who’s passionate about fashion. Ideally with 1-5 years experience at a fashion brand.
You’ll thrive here if you:
Love being hands-on, organised, and comfortable leading photo shoots.
Have a great eye for aesthetics and are excellent at editing photos.
Have high standards - nothing goes out unless it looks right.
Understand how strong imagery supports brand growth and sales.
Have buckets of energy and enthusiasm to make a photoshoot fun for everyone on set.
Are UK-based and able to travel to shoots as needed.
What We Offer
Remote working from home
Meetups for content shoots, team days, and social fun
A genuinely lovely, supportive team culture (only kind people allowed)
Flexible working (we trust you to manage your time)
Period leave
Creative freedom and a real voice in shaping our content strategy
Sounds like you?

Please note: we are receiving high numbers of applications for this role, and as a result will only be considering candidates who have some previous experience with photography and the fashion industry.
