You might already be leading technical and quality standards within a food manufacturing business. Or you might be ready to take the next step into a role where you can influence quality across an entire operation.
Either way, you'll be passionate about food safety, committed to high standards and enjoy working with people to make great products even better.
You'll probably recognise yourself in this, if:
- You've worked in a technical or quality management role within food manufacturing and understand the importance of food safety, compliance and quality.
- You know how to balance technical standards with the realities of a busy production environment.
- You're confident leading audits, managing compliance and maintaining quality management systems.
- You enjoy solving problems, using data and root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- You build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and external bodies, communicating confidently at every level.
- You're passionate about developing others and creating a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility.
- You stay calm under pressure and can confidently prioritise in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
If you have a food-related qualification, HACCP certification or experience working with BRCGS standards, that's great. If not, but you've got the right experience and passion for food quality, we'd still love to hear from you.
