We are seeking a dedicated House Keeping Assistant to join our team in Scarborough, Yorkshire. This part-time, permanent role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our hospitality environment, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a House Keeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in upholding our high standards of service and cleanliness, contributing to the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries.
Qualifications:

No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred.
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
