Contract: Fixed-term (October - February)
THAMES MMXX. is looking for a proactive and organised Seasonal Operations Assistant to support our team during our busiest period. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and is happy to get involved across a variety of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of operations.
- Prepare, pack, and process customer orders.
- Assist with stock management, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Help coordinate deliveries, collections, and logistics.
- Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient workspace.
- Provide general administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
- Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous operations, warehouse, retail, or logistics experience is beneficial but not essential.
This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to contribute to a growing business during its peakseason.
Pay: £26,500.00-£28,500.00 per year
