Company Description: Fortel is the largest Midlands based supplier of agency labour to the UK construction industry, providing contractors with pre-briefed, compliant teams formed of trusted and skilled workers for construction and key infrastructure projects.
Fortel are sourcing 3 Construction Ops who will be a key member of the team in delivering infrastructure works on the
BTNO - Bramford-Twinstead (BTNO) 400Kv Powerline Upgrade project.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting skilled trades and site management with daily construction tasks.
- Maintaining strict health and safety standards across the site.
- Handling materials safely using correct manual handling techniques.
- Operating basic site tools and keeping work areas clean and clear of hazards.
- Working effectively as part of a large-scale civil engineering team.
Essential Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence is desirable
- Valid CPCS card or NPORS Operator Card - Essential
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
