We are seeking a dedicated, Confident and enthusiastic lndividual to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding customer service while adhering to food safety standards.
Duties
- Greet guests
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets a high standards.
- Upsell additional items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Address and customer concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, particularly regarding food safety practices.
Qualifications
- Previous setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is highly advantageous.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables during busy periods.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to assist independently when needed.
- Exceptional communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
