Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Take accurate drink orders and serve beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Manage bar stock levels, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the bar area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and process payments securely
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Assist in setting up the bar before opening and closing procedures at the end of shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly, understanding legal requirements and responsible serving policies
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
