Job Role: Technical Engineering Supervisor

JobPurpose:
- Managea maintenance team and approved sub-contractors to ensure the safe andefficient delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance in line with CBRE policiesand procedures, industry standards and manufacturers recommendations to meetthe needs of The Account.
Key Tasks:
Ensurethat safety is a key priority and that self and team consistently demonstrateunderstanding and commitment to health, safety and environment at all times.
Manageand coach direct reports to raise observation reports as they go about theirdaily tasks and lead by example by doing the same.
Manageteam to ensure that all tasks are consistently performed in adherence with CBREand client policies and procedures, industry best practices and manufacturerrecommendations.
Responsiblefor ensuring that the FM CAFM system M5K is consistently maintained and updatedat every stage with detailed closure notes for PPM, reactive tasks and ad hocor emergency requests in real time or as soon as possible following attendanceso that The Account customers and CBRE personnel can access M5K and fullyunderstand why a job was raised, action carried out, recommended follow upaction, detailed closure notes and Webquote number if relevant.
Reviewjob reports following in house CBRE and subcontractor PPMs and ensure that acopy of the job reports and the detail of any recommendations are uploaded toM5K and that Webquotes are rasied and submitted to client for approval as soonas possible after PPM attendance.
Manageand distribute the on-call rota and ensure adequate coverage at all times inline with client requirements for the site.
Leadthe management of subcontractors in line with CBRE and client policies andprocedures including control of works, Permit to Work etc.
Undertakesubcontractor service inspections during works being undertaken.
Undertakesite inspections and audits of tools and equipment
Logbook Audits to be carried out and any issues Highlighted/Addressed
Takeownership of the onboarding process for new starts ensuring everything is inplace for start date including uniforms, tools, payroll set up, induction andtraining plans.
Ensurethat direct reports are fully trained and competent in all aspects of the jobincluding SOPs, method statements, The Account specific training andsite-specific tasks. e.g GMP, labs, cleanrooms etc. if relevant and thattraining plans are signed off within the required timeframes. (Refer to sitetraining plan)
Supportdirect reports with training and development plans.
Supportclient personnel and Asset Engineering Team within the building with a varietyof tasks and ensuring that all detail is captured on M5K includingrecommendations and closure notes.
Maintainthe professional image of CBRE Managed Services
Establishand maintain a good working relationship with all CBRE Managed Servicesemployees and clients’ representatives.
