Role overview :
As a Soft Landscaping Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. You are expected to proactively complete daily tasks, communicate effectively with your team, and adhere to the instructions provided by the senior team members.
Tasks may include unloading materials, preparing ground for planting, planting trees and shrubs.
Key responsibilities:
· Responsible for completing tasks as set by PM.
· Compliance with Company core values.
· Handle tools& equipment safely and responsibly.
· Strictly adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines/policies.
· Utilise and maintain PPE as required for each task.
· Help maintain tidiness in the yard, ensuring stock is well-organised and waste is disposed of properly.
Skills and experience:
· Competence in using and maintaining gardening tools
· Proven experience working effectively within a team.
· Hard working and motivated to achieve high standards of work on every project.
· Be courteous, approachable and friendly at all times.
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various conditions.
Qualifications:
· CSCS Card (mandatory)
· Driving license
Working conditions:
- Work will primarily take place on construction sites.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, and work in various weather conditions .
