Retail Sales Advisor
Location: Reigate Showroom
Salary: £30,000–£33,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000+)
About the Role
We sell kitchens and appliances. And we're good at it.
At RDO, you'll learn to negotiate, manage complex projects, handle luxury clients spending tens of thousands, and turn a first-time enquiry into a long-term relationship. You'll get fast at reading people, sharper at solving problems, and learn how to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
We're a team of around 40 people who genuinely care about doing things properly. That means high standards, teamwork and honest communication.
You'll work 5 days a week including Saturdays, with a fixed weekday off every week.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Talking to customers at every stage of their journey — from first visit to final delivery
- Building quotations and managing your own pipeline of leads
- Getting deep product knowledge across brands ranging from budget to premium
- Upholding standards that make the whole team's job easier — and more enjoyable
