Full Time Permanent
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Remedials Plumber/Pipefitter to support with the delivery of all aspects of water hygiene and legionella compliance. Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience.
The Role:
- Remedial plumbing works on domestic and commercial water systems
- Pipefitting and installation works
- Legionella compliance and control measures
- Dead leg removals
- TMV servicing and replacements
- Cold water storage tank works
- General water hygiene remedial tasks
- Installation and maintenance of water treatment equipment
- Fault diagnosis and leak detection
- Emergency plumbing repairs
Requirements – please do not apply if you do not have all of these
· Full UK Driving licence
· NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent qualification
· Proven experience in remedial plumbing/pipework – minimum of 2 years
· Good standard of spoken and written English
· Ability to complete reports using job management software
Desirable Experience
· Understanding of legionella control and water hygiene requirements
· Knowledge of HSG274, ACoP L8 and HTM 04-01
· Experience of using job management software
· Experience of pump maintenance
· FCU installation and maintenance
· Filter installation
· Flushing of water systems
· WRAS/G3

Most work is in London and the South East however the company works throughout England and there is an occasionally need to work away.
