About the Role
We are looking for a confident, motivated, and people-oriented Sales & Admissions Intern to join our team and support student enrolments across our academic and career-focused programmes.
This internship offers hands-on experience in admissions, consultative sales, customer engagement, and CRM management. You will work with warm leads generated through marketing campaigns, Open Days, school outreach programmes, and referrals, helping prospective students understand their education options and supporting them throughout the enrolment journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage warm leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and SMS.
- Conduct consultation calls with prospective students and, where appropriate, their parents or guardians.
- Explain our academic programmes, career pathways, and student benefits clearly and professionally.
- Guide prospective students through the admissions journey from initial enquiry to enrolment.
- Follow up consistently with leads over multiple touchpoints to maintain engagement and maximise conversions.
- Re-engage prospective students who may have delayed or paused their decision-making process.
- Respond confidently to common questions regarding programme fees, eligibility, schedules, and career outcomes.
- Invite prospective students to Open Days, information sessions, and recruitment events.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions using our CRM and internal tracking systems.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure every lead receives a positive experience.
- Provide regular updates on lead activity, follow-ups, pipeline progress, and enrolments.

- Basic computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (such as HubSpot), WhatsApp Business, or scheduling tools is an advantage but not essential.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
