Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader (Lead Installer)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Bathroom Fitter / Multi-Trader to join our growing team. This is a lead role, requiring someone who can take full ownership of bathroom renovation projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
The successful candidate will be confident leading a small team, coordinating works on site, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and delivering projects on time while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete full bathroom renovations from strip-out to final handover.
- Lead and supervise labourers, apprentices, and subcontractors where required.
- Plan daily work activities and ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Carry out all aspects of bathroom installation, including:
- First fix plumbing
- Second fix plumbing
- Bathroom suite installation
- Shower installations
- Pipework alterations
- Wall and floor tiling
- Waterproofing/tanking systems
- Plaster patch repairs and making good
- Painting and decorating
- Carpentry, including boxing-in, bath panels, studwork, and general finishing
- Silicone sealing and final finishing
- Identify and resolve issues on site independently.
- Liaise professionally with clients throughout the project.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current Building Regulations and health & safety requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience fitting bathrooms.
- Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven experience leading bathroom installations from start to finish.
- Strong plumbing knowledge (first and second fix).
- High-quality wall and floor tiling skills.
- Competent in carpentry, painting, and all finishing works.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Own vehicle suitable for transporting tools and materials.
- Own professional tools (company tools can be provided if required).
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
- Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay: £180.00-£220.00 per day
