Minimum 20 Hours per week - permanent
Age 18 to 20 : Rate of Pay £12.22 per hour
Age 21 and over : Rate of Pay £13.03 per hour
Shifts are Monday to Sunday on a rota basis.
Shift Time: 8am to 6.15pm
Responsibilities:
1. Cleaning and care of kitchen equipment.
2. Cleaning of all crockery/cutlery.
3. Washing and preparing of vegetables.
4. Preparing and serving breakfast.
5. Assisting in the service of all meals.
6. Responsible for cleaning of residents' dining room.
7. Observing hygiene practices.
8. Reporting any accidents which may occur.
9. To attend in-service training lectures.
10. Complete e-learning as part of essential training.
Desirable criteria:
Baking experience in a nursing home, school, cafe, restaurant or similar environment.
Skills:
It is desirable but not essential to have experience working in a catering environment. Training will be provided.
