Are you an organised administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a proactive Safety Administrator to join our Safety & Wellbeing team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until 30 April 2027.
Based within an easy commute of either our Macclesfield or London office, this is a fantastic opportunity to support an important business function that helps keep our colleagues safe. You'll be part of a collaborative team, providing essential administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating key activities, and helping ensure our safety processes run efficiently.
What you’ll be doing…
As our Safety Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day support to the Safety & Wellbeing team, ensuring information is accurate, organised, and easily accessible. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support across the Safety & Wellbeing function.
- Maintaining safety records, databases and documentation, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant.
- Supporting the administration of incidents, audits, inspections and action tracking.
- Preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
- Supporting ongoing Safety & Wellbeing projects and initiatives.
- Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining document control.
- Assisting with the administration and maintenance of safety management systems.
- Liaising with colleagues across the business to gather information and provide updates.
- Producing reports and analysing data to support safety performance and business reporting.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

What can you bring?
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data and systems, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of administrative support. You'll also have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within a safety, compliance, wellbeing or operational environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
